Your task

The task you type is sent to our Cloudflare Worker. It may be sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to rank tools and write steps. Responses are cached in Cloudflare KV for one hour for template workflows, or seven days for AI-written workflows. Developer search results are cached for one hour; Markdown pages for six hours. Your task appears in the URL as ?q=, so it can remain in browser history and in links you share. Avoid entering private or identifying information.

Clicks and aggregate metrics

Outbound links use /go/ redirects to count clicks. Analytics Engine receives the tool ID, whether the link is organic, affiliate or sponsored, and a validated source page path. The task query is not included in that click event. Aggregate events record answer tool ID and category, cache/source status, response duration and result count; below-threshold events record confidence and query length. Other events record API or MCP search duration, result and empty-result counts, rate-limit route family, and Markdown page path and cache status. Funnel events contain a SHA-256 hash of a random first-party session cookie, a normalized route, catalog task/tool slugs, action kind, source (X, search, email or direct), and an experiment bucket. They never contain task text. The cookie lasts 30 days so we can measure return visits.

We count how often known catalog tasks are run, per day, without the text you type.

Votes

Votes use a random device ID in localStorage (“community-client”) and a daily SHA-256 hash of that ID, your IP address and browser user agent. We store the hash with the item and date, never the IP address. Changing devices or the daily hash can allow another vote. Clear site data to remove the device ID.

Signups and suggestions

If you join the morning edition list, we store your lowercased email address, signup date and source. We have not started sending yet; we will only email when the morning edition launches. Suggestions store your submitted task, optional HTTPS tool URL, optional credit, date and anonymous daily hash for moderation. Do not include sensitive information. These records remain until reviewed or deleted; contact us to request deletion. Signups check email domains through Cloudflare DNS, and use Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. No email is sent. Confirmation and unsubscribe links store only hashed tokens.

Cloudflare and voice

Cloudflare processes requests and may keep standard request and security logs, including request URLs and network information, under its own service policies. If you use voice input, your browser or operating system provides speech recognition with audio processing governed by its recognition provider. The resulting text is handled like a typed task.

Device storage and other sites

We have no accounts, use no ad trackers and use a first-party analytics cookie as described above. We store your navigation rail preference under “rail” in localStorage on your device. You can remove it through browser site-data settings. Sites you open have their own privacy policies.

Plan feedback

Your feedback is stored with a hash of the recommendation version and a device identifier hash. We collect fixed choices, never a free-text explanation. Feedback goes to a review queue and does not change rankings automatically. Public counts appear only after at least 20 Yes responses and include total responses for that version.

Retention and your choices

Application caches expire after the periods above; we do not publish a fixed retention period for Cloudflare request logs or aggregate Analytics Engine data. Clear browser history and site data to remove local records, and avoid sharing query URLs containing sensitive information. Contact us for access or deletion requests; include enough detail to identify the request, without sending additional sensitive information. We may be unable to identify an individual record in aggregate metrics.

Children and changes

This service is for general audiences. Children should use it with an adult and should not enter personal details. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information. We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
